No Cancellation After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, we are unable to process cancellations. This is because most of our products are made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is confirmed.
Made-to-Order Products
Our furniture and décor items are crafted specifically for each customer to ensure quality and uniqueness. Once production has started, cancelling an order is not feasible. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Modifications
Requests for modifications (such as changes in size, finish, or color) must be made within the 24-hour cancellation window. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Refund Process
If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3 to 4 number of business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
In exceptional cases involving circumstances beyond your control, Royal Furniture Decor may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at our sole discretion.
